We are a member of the National Landlords Association (NLA), and are part of the Midland Landlord Accreditation Scheme. All deposits are secured with MyDeposits deposit for your protection.

We manage our own properties, so you have access to the Landlord directly rather than through an agency.

- Other landlords and agents rely on outsourcing their maintenance support, but at Hollingworth Lettings, we ensure that supporting our tenants quickly and efficiently is the main priority.

- We try to attract tenants who add value to our properties. This in particular is very important when searching for tenants for all of our house shares!!  We try to attract like minded individuals within a certain age range to help ensure a positive experience whilst you are living in one of our properties.
