Studios
Our self contained Studio Apartments are located within Large semi-detached victorian properties, some have separate kitchens areas within the studios rather than open plan living and all have spacious en/suited bathrooms. All tenants have access within the building to a communal utility room containing washing and drying facilities with additional cleaning equipment for their personal use. These properties have between 6 - 8 studios in each house.
Flats
Our self contained flats range in size and price, some with separate kitchens and others with an open plan design. Each one has a specious bathrooms in each flat. Communal lighting, heating and hot water from the taps is provided at no cost by the landlord. All are fitted with electric showers and the tenant will need to pay their own electricity bill direct to the energy company together with the council tax - (Band A).
House-shares
Our house shares feel more like generously sized family homes. They have been tastefully designed and laid out to give each tenant a clean safe enviroment to live within a very well maintained property. These properties are ideal for young professionals aged between 23- 32 years of age. The images within our web site clearly show why we think our accommodation is superior to most others. Generously sized shared kitchen and lounges, these properties are a perfect stepping prior to indipendent living within our flats and studios. As a rule, you will be living with people starting on Graduate Schemes, Medics, Accountants, Auditors, Sales Professionals, Recruitment etc who are most likely moving into Birmingham to start new rolls.
All houses are refurbished and maintained to a very high standard with modern fixtures, fittings, furniture and décor with an emphasis placed upon up to date safety features ensuring your security.
Standard features of accommodation include a contemporary decor, curtains/blinds and carpets, modern bedroom and kitchens furniture with high quality appliances – cookers, microwaves, fridge/freezers, dish washing, washing & tumble dryers machines.
All House share properties have communal lounge areas and modern bathrooms with showers.
All accommodation is charged on a calendar month basis.
We offer both all inclusive tenancies which include council tax, water rates, gas and electricity.
However our Studio Apartment / Flat Tenancies have the responsibility for their own utilities. Hollingworth Lettings either operates an inclusive price allowing the reassurance of having major bills included thus making budgeting easier or can give guidance as to potential additional costs.




What do we expect from our tenants?
The only real criterion in the selection process is whether the person will be a good, polite tenant. There are four house rules to all of our properties : no noisy people, keep the place clean and tidy, pay rent on time, and stick to the principle of mutual respect. We respect tenants’ privacy, and we expect our tenants to respect us as landlords.
Prior to moving in we will expect to see photographic proof of identity, documentary evidence of a valid UK bank account and proof of employment or other such means of income.
